BEYOND BODY and our path into inspiring is through following the progress of Jim and other select Guinea Pigs as they work through a twelve week program. You may doso by following the Guinea Pig link below, to read journals, and to find inspiration in all we hope to do. We pledge to you that we are accurate and true to our journals, and that our testimonials are based in who we are. It is important that you see that we are real people doing real things to build our lives through measures that are completely within your ability. Beyond Body was founded on the talents of Jim Bothell and Rudy Steffish, two guys with no motive other than to share our knowledge with you and to inspire you. Jim, an award winning body builder, and Rudy, an award winning consultant have known each other for 20+ years and have found through each other and their friendship that they are better people. Jim, a happily married father of three, and Rudy, a soon to be happily married person will be here to answer questions, to listen to your thoughts and to connect with you.
